Built to Last. Designed for the Future.

Brim farm is built on principles of strength, durability, and safety — offering a lifespan of up to 90 years.

At the core of each Brim farm unit is a centrally located fish tank, surrounded by groups of buoyancy cells. At the center of the fish tank stands the seawater outlet — the "Cigar." After circulating through the tank, seawater flows back to the sea through the Cigar, ensuring a safe, efficient back-pressure control system. The Cigar also functions as a double-barrier protection against fish escapes and integrates a dedicated fish launch chute for gentle unloading.

The groups of buoyancy cells provide vital intact and damage stability. They also house seawater intakes, pumping systems, and treatment units. Some cells are arranged as ballast tanks to secure desired draft, trim, and stability, while offering ample space for miscellaneous technical outfitting.

Brim farm's design is both standardized and modular, offering versatile adaptation to client needs. By using proven technology, materials, and manufacturing methods, we significantly reduce the risks typically associated with large-scale aquaculture construction projects.

Construction is highly flexible and efficient. Units can be built onshore, in dry docks, or on barges. The most rational method involves casting the structures onshore and then skidding them onto a barge for launching. With this streamlined manufacturing approach, it’s possible to launch one Brim farm unit per week — accelerating the industry’s transition from open pens to enclosed systems.

Mass production brings major benefits:
• Efficient use of resources
• Shorter production times
• Significant cost savings

Finally, by maximizing local content in the manufacturing process, we create opportunities for flexible production at multiple locations — supporting regional economies and enhancing project sustainability.
